Our service department is comprised of technicians who are honored to be able to provide our customers with their highest level of skill and professionalism. By attending training seminars and classes regularly, they have been empowered to help you maintain the safety of your vehicle as well as diagnose some of the more perplex issues your vehicle throws at you. Our technicians will check everything on your vehicle from brakes and tires to windshield wipers and lightbulbs. We make sure that there are no immediate safety concerns and will do our best to give you notice of when you may be due for the more costly routine (and not-so-routine) vehicle maintenance.
In our collision center, the technicians are trained on the latest automotive technologies and are kept up to date on how repairs should be completed according to car manufacturer's guidelines. They take pride in knowing that they are returning a reliable and safe car to our customers when the repairs are complete and will not be satisfied until your car looks good as new. The collision center also offers paintless dent repair, window replacement and limited repairs on semis, motorhomes, school buses, snow plows and trailers.
As another service to our customers, Auto Tech Inc offers 24-Hour towing assistance, 7 days a week. Whether it be a simple break down or a multi-vehicle collision, our WreckMaster certified Towing & Recovery operator is fully trained to take care of your vehicle and get it towed to its destination. We are also contracted with AAA, Agero & Quest and work with most major towing networks utilized by major automotive insurance carriers and warranty companies.
